【Abstract】 Pulsatile drug delivery system,which is capable of releasing drugs at predetermined time according to clinical therapeutic requirements,can be used to treat several rhythm diseases.Pulsatile release formulations are able to improve bioavailability,reduce administering frequency and avoid drug resistance when the body is involved in a high drug concentration during taking normal preparations.The progress on clinical application of pulsatile drug delivery system in asthma and cardiovascular diseases is introduced.更多还原
