【Abstract】 Objective To produce health care liquor with aloe. Methods Aloe juice was extracted from aloe leaf with enzymolysis. The procedures of filtration, preparation with the original liquor and other postprocessing proce- dures for the production of aloe health care liquor were studied. Results 28°aloe health care liquor was produced successfully. Conclusion Aloe can be used for the production of health care liquor. The technics and formula of health care liquor is reasonable and feasible. The quality of the product conforms to the national food standards.更多还原
