【摘要】 目的利用芦荟研制保健酒。方法芦荟叶酶解取汁、过滤精制、调配原酒及后处理。结果试制出28°芦荟保健酒。结论芦荟可作为保健酒的加工原料,工艺配方合理可行,成品酒质量符合标准要求。

【Abstract】 Objective To produce health care liquor with aloe. Methods Aloe juice was extracted from aloe leaf with enzymolysis. The procedures of filtration, preparation with the original liquor and other postprocessing proce- dures for the production of aloe health care liquor were studied. Results 28°aloe health care liquor was produced successfully. Conclusion Aloe can be used for the production of health care liquor. The technics and formula of health care liquor is reasonable and feasible. The quality of the product conforms to the national food standards.
