【摘要】 目的建立硝苯地平24h缓释胶囊的释放度研究方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以硝苯地平缓释胶囊为样品,考察释放介质、装置及转速对其释放度的影响。结果2h前以1%十二烷基硫酸钠的0.1mol/L盐酸900mL为释放介质,2h后以1%十二烷基硫酸钠的磷酸盐-枸橼酸缓冲液(pH6.8)900mL为释放介质,转篮法,转速为100rpm,恒温(37±0.5)℃,缓释胶囊的释药行为良好。结论该法可以作为硝苯地平24h缓释胶囊的体外释放度研究方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the release rate of nifedipine 24 h sustained release capsule.Methods The release rate of nifedipine 24 h sustained release capsule was assayed by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method.The dis-solving medium,device and rotation speed were selected according to the release rate of the capsule.Results The release behaviors of nifedipine 24 h sustained release capsule were good in 900 mL 0.1 mol/L HCl solution with 1% SLS(medium A)in first two hours and in 900 mL phosphate-citric acid buffer solution(pH6.8)with 1% SLS(medium B)after two hours with the rotation speed of 100 rpm by basket stirring method at(37±0.5)℃.Conclusion This method can be used to determine the release rate of nifedipine 24 h sustained release capsule.更多还原
