【Abstract】 Based on the principle of initial allocation of regional water rights,three methods of allocation are given,mathematic models of the three methods including plan allocation、market allocation and ration allocation are constructed,efficiencies of these models are compared.Based on the characteristics of the models the application area for each model is given respectively.The theoretical foundation for initial allocation of regional water rights is provided.更多还原
