【Abstract】 The market competition the construction enterprises are facing becomes intenser,and sterner. How to keep the core competitive ability in such market environment becomes an important question, which the construction enterprise should pay attention to. The process characterized by the customer guiding is an essential breach by which the enterprises can gain continuing advantage in the competition. According to the step of BPR, it reengineers the business process of the construction enterprise in this article.
