利用单片机和集成传感技术的实用智能温控装置的开发
The Development of Practical Intelligent Temperature Control Device Using SCM and IC Transducer Technology
【摘要】 利用集成温度传感器DS18B20检测CPU散热片的温度,测得的温度值送数码管显示。当测得温度值达到预设上限温度(软件设定)时,8051单片机控制的散热片上的风扇(接在继电器常开端)会启动,开始降温。当温度下降到下限温度(软件设定)时,继电器断开,风扇停止,同时工作的CPU开始升温。系统程序分传感器控制程序和显示程序两部分,传感器控制程序按照DS18B20的通信协议编制。
【Abstract】 IC temperature transducer DS18b20 is used to measure the temperature of heat radiator on CPU,then the temperature value is sent to LED displays. When the value reaches the temperature maximum(set by software),the fan(connected with the opening end of the relay) controlled by the 8051 SCM will start up,the temperature will decrease. When the temperature reaches the minimum (set by software),the relay will end-connecting,then the fan will stop,and the temperature of the working CPU will increase. The system program consists of the transducer control and the display. The transducer control program is compiled according to its communication protocol. By means of combination of the software and hardware,the fan’s noise and shock are decreased,and the power dissipation is reduced at the same time.
