【摘要】 企业人力资源与其他经济资源相结合产出各种产品的过程,也就是人力资源在空间和时间实现多维度有效配置的过程。企业人力资源空间配置主要包括组织结构的设计、劳动分工协作形式的选择、工作地的组织和劳动环境优化等内容。而企业人力资源的时间配置主要是指建立工时工作制度、工作轮班的组织等管理活动。本文对企业人力资源空间与时间配置的组织形式和基本方法作了初步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The combination of an enterprise’s human resources and other economic resources is certain to pro- duce various products.Such process of manufacturing products is the same as the process of deploying the human resources both in space and time.Space allocation mainly refers to the arrangement of the enterprise’s structure,the form of division and cooperation of labor,the workplace,and optimizing the workers’labor condition.And time al- location chiefly includes building the man-hour and shift work system.This paper makes an initial study on the al- location form and basic methods of taking good use of the enterprise’s human resources both in time and space.更多还原
