【Abstract】 Embarked from the job searching theory,the paper introduces and appraises the basic frame of job searching theory and the main analytic models.It points out that job searching is an important economic phenomenon in the labor market and it’s the key to thoroughly comprehend the labor market movement mechanism by seeking a bargain mode that can satisfy individual rationality and compatible interest between labor supply and demand.Job searching theories provide a theatrical analytic frame with stronger explaining ability,which not only helps to perfect the movement mechanism of the labor market in China, but also enlightens to analyze the microscopic behavior of Chinese labor market.更多还原
