一种无急回曲柄摇杆机构的计算机辅助设计
Computer-Aided Design of a New Crank and Rocker Mechanism without Quick-Return Movement
【摘要】 在对研发的仿生鱼尾推进船模中模拟鱼尾摆动的无急回运动曲柄摇杆机构进行理论分析的基础上,提出了在机械CAD环境下,辅助以MATLAB优化计算,进行无急回曲柄摇杆机构的设计过程,分析了该种方法的设计精度。研究结果表明在机械CAD环境下高精度的图解法辅助以Matlab等计算软件的优化计算将不仅满足机械设计领域里的快速精确的做图需要,而且也能为机械设计提供准确可靠的参数解。
【Abstract】 Based on the theoretical analysis of non-Quick-Return Crank-and-rocker Mechanism witch used in the development of fish-tail-like boat model, this paper advanced the design process of this mechanism under the mechanism CAD environment, with the help of optimal calculation in MATLAB, and analyzed the precision of it. The result of this study indicated that the graphic method under the mechanism CAD environment, with the help of optimal calculation in MATLAB or other will not only meet the needs of quick and accurate drafting and also provide nicety and credible solution for engineering.
