溶胶-凝胶法制备SiO2-P2O5-TiO2电解质薄膜
Preparation of SiO2-P2O5-TiO2 Electrolyte Membrane by Sol-gel Method
【摘要】 溶胶-凝胶法制备的SiO2-P2O5-TiO2电解质薄膜,具有较高的质子电导率和化学稳定性。测定不同组分电解质薄膜的质子电导率,发现随着温度的上升,质子电导率呈上升趋势。其原因为随着温度的升高,附着水排出和羟基结构的缩合。
【Abstract】 The sol-gel method was applied to prepare the SiO2-P2O5-TiO2 electrolyte membranes with high proton conductivity and chemical stability and low expenditure.From the conductivity measurements of different electrolyte membranes,it was observed that the proton conductivity of the electrolyte membrane increased linearly with temperature.This was attributed to the loss of water of hydration as well as the condensation of structural hydroxyl groups with increasing temperature.
