基于DWT/DCT的医学图像感兴趣区域压缩方法

【摘要】根据医学图像信息相对集中的特点,提出一种基于DWT/DCT的医学图像感兴趣区域压缩方法:对图像感兴趣区域(ROI)采用DWT变换;对背景区(BG)采用DCT变换。既保证了医学图像的高效压缩,又使得压缩后的医学图像不会因重要信息的丢失而影响医学诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristic of medical image that whose information relatively concentrate,an algorithm for ROL(region of interest) compression of medical image based on combination of DWT and DCT is proposed.The ROL is processed with DWT,while the BC(background)is processed with DCT.This approach can assure a high compression ratio and a high quality of ROL in the medical image.更多还原
