低温烧结氧化铝陶瓷
Low-Temperature Sintered Alumina Ceramics
【摘要】 选用CaO-MgO-SiO2(CMS)和TiO2两种添加剂来降低氧化铝陶瓷的烧结温度。通过设计正交试验讨论烧结助剂和烧结温度对氧化铝陶瓷的相对密度的影响规律,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了不同配方氧化铝陶瓷的显微结构。结果发现:CMS质量分数为6%、TiO2质量分数为1%、烧结温度为1 500℃时氧化铝陶瓷的相对密度98.71%。同时晶体发育比较均匀,没有出现晶体的异常长大和二次再结晶现象。
【Abstract】 The experiments use two kinds of addition agent-CMS and TiO2 to reduce the sintering temperature of alumina ceramics.The influence of sintering assistant and sintering temperature on the relative density of alumina ceramics were discussed through designing orthogonal experiment,and the microstructure of different compounding alumina ceramics were observed by means of SEM.The result shows that the relative density of alumina ceramics is 98.71% when the sintering temperature is 1?500?℃ and the raw stuff contains 6% CMS and 1% TiO2,under which crystals grow comparatively uniform and no abnormal growth and secondary crystallization appear.
