天然染料敏化TiO2太阳能电池阳极制备优化条件
Optimization preparative conditions for the anode of natural dye sensitized solar cells
【摘要】 从常青树树叶中提取色素作为天然染料,探索了天然染料敏化TiO2太阳能电池阳极制备的优化条件。实验结果表明,乙酰丙酮0.10 mL、OP乳化剂0.10 mL、热处理温度500℃、恒温时间30 min和研磨时间60 min的条件下,天然染料敏化TiO2太阳能电池的开路电压和短路电流达到极大值。进一步比较了常青树树叶、白菜叶、绿茶茶叶等天然染料作为光敏剂对太阳能电池性能的影响,结果绿茶茶叶的光敏化效果最好。
【Abstract】 Using natural dyes extracted from leaves of Evergreen Tree to explore the optimization of preparative conditions of anode for TiO2 dye sensitized solar cell.The experiment result showed that the experimental unit of natural dye sensitized solar cell reached maximum open circuit voltage and short circuit when the experimental conditiens were that: acetylacetone 0.1 mL,octylphenylether polyethylene 0.1 mL,sintered temperature 500 ℃,conteut temperature 30 min and grinding continuously for 60 min.Furthermore,the photoelectric performances of the dye sensitized solar cell unit were compared with using three natural dyes extracted from leaves of Evergreen Tree,Cabbage and Green Tea; the result showed that natural dye of Green Tea performed the best photosensitized effect.
