城市污水处理厂污泥中镉的标准测定方法研究
Research of the Standard Metiod for the Determination of Cadmium in Mud by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定污泥中的镉及其化合物,线性范围为0.05~1.00 mg/L,标准工作曲线为A=0.390 c,相关系数r=0.9999,镉的加标回收率95.2%~95.7%,测定结果的相对标准偏差1.30%~1.40%。
【Abstract】 Cadmium in mud was directly determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The linear range was 0.05~1.00 mg/L,the linear regression equation was A=0.390c,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the recovery is 95.2%~95.7%,the RSD was 1.30%~1.40%.
