港口煤炭堆场防风网防尘效果数值模拟研究

【摘要】 在港口防尘措施中,常用防风网减少煤堆向空气中排防粉尘的数量,防风网的这种屏蔽作用主要是通过风洞模拟实验加以研究的,但由于其研究成本较高,限制了很多项目研究工作的开展。以秦皇岛港煤炭堆场为例,采用计算流体力学(CFD)技术对堆场防风网建设方案进行了数值模拟计算,利用美国环境保护局推荐的煤炭堆场起尘量计算公式对计算结果进行处理,通过对各种布置方案的起尘量计算来确定港口煤炭堆场的防风网建设方案。通过防风网的数值模拟计算方法,短周期低成本的完成了各种方案的对比,为防风网的建设提供很好的技术支撑。

【Abstract】 Windbreak net is usually used to decrease the dust discharge amount of coal in port dust prevention.This shielding effect of dustproof net is mainly studied through simulating study of wind tunnel.Because of the high research cost,wind tunnel simulations of many items are unable to carry out.The measure of calculate flow dynam(CFD) is adopted in this paper.Taking the coal container yard in Qihuangdao as an example,the windbreak constructing project is carried out based on the numerical simulating calculation with CFD technique.Using the calculation formula of raise dust quantity in coal container yard commendated by US EPA,the calculation result is treated.It is defined of windbreak net construction project of coal container yard in a port by means of calculating the quantity of raise dust as a various of decoration precepts.On the basis of the numerical calculating means of windproof net,it is achieved to contrast the various projects in short periods and low cost.And a good technical supports to the construst of windproof is provided.
