煦少火胶囊对家兔血脂和主动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨煦少火胶囊抗AS的作用并为临床用药提供实验依据。方法:选择新西兰雄性大白兔40只,随机分为正常对照组、高脂造模组,8周后将成模的实验动物随机分为高脂模型组、煦少火组、通心络组、辛伐他汀组,分别给予普通饲料、高脂饲料、高脂饲料+煦少火胶囊、高脂饲料+通心络胶囊、高脂饲料+辛伐他汀,继续喂养4周。实验结束后进行病理组织学及血脂各项指标观察。结果:①煦少火组TG、LDL较通心络组降低明显(P<0.05);HDL较通心络组、辛伐他汀组明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。②主动脉内膜斑块面积占整条主动脉内膜面积的比,煦少火组、通心络组、辛伐他汀组的程度轻于高脂模型组(P<0.01)。结论:煦少火胶囊能明显改善AS家兔紊乱的脂质代谢,有效地减少脂质沉着、缩小斑块面积,保护动脉内皮细胞。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of Xushaohuo Capsule on resisting AS,so as to supply experimental reference for clinic drug administration.Methods: A total of 40 white male rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: normal control group(NG) and high lipid group.Eight weeks later,the model rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: high lipid group(HG),Xushaohuo group(XG), Tongxinluo group(TG) and Simvastain group(SG).The rabbits were fed with high fat diet,high fat diet plus Xushaohuo Capsule,high fat diet plus Tongxinluo Capsule,high fat diet plus Simvastain for 4 weeks.Indices of blood lipid and histopathology were investigated after the experiment.Results: ① The level of serum TG,LDL were obviously lower in XG than that in TG(P<0.05);the level of serum HDL was obviously lower in XG than that in SG(P<0.01 orP<0.05). ② The ratio of plaque area to the whole aorta intima area was obviously lighter in XG,TG,SD than that in HG(P<0.01).Conclusion: Xushaohuo Capsule can obviously improve the lipid metabolism of AS model rabbit,therefore it can actively decrease lipid deposit,reduce plaque area so as to protect vascular endothelial cell.
