【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of c-fos mRNA in thyroid cells of model rats with Graves disease,and to study the effect of Chinese medicine Yiqiyangyin tablet on the expression of c-fos mRNA.Methods:The model rats with Graves’ disease were established by intravenous injection with Y.E bacterium. The rats were fed with Chinese medicine Yiqiyangyin tablets for one month.Researchers used the method of site hybridization to observe the expression of rats thyroid c-fos mRNA.Results:The expression of c-fos mRNA in Yiqiyangyin groups was lower obviously than that in other groups.Conclusion:Chinese medicine Yiqiyangyin tablet can restrain the growth of thyroid cells.更多还原
