【摘要】 目的:探讨强肌健力口服液与猪肝移植术后淋巴细胞因子白介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)的关系。方法:建立小型猪肝移植急性排斥反应(acute rejection,AR)动物模型,并进行动物模型分组;用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)双抗体夹心法对术前及术后不同时相点采集的各组动物外周血的IL-2的水平进行检测,并进行移植肝组织病理检测以确定AR诊断,对结果进行比较。结果:外周血IL-2水平检测显示:强肌健力口服液(QJJL)组、环孢素A(CsA)组和QJJL+CsA组IL-2的术前含量低于术后各时相,但差别无显著性(P>0.05);对照组术后5天血清IL-2的含量明显高于术前(P<0.01)。治疗组急性排斥的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:IL-2水平的变化与猪肝移植急性排斥反应发生有关,强肌健力口服液联合免疫抑制剂有助于猪肝移植急性排斥反应的防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Qiangjijianli Oral Liquid(QJJL) on Pig lymphocyte factor interleukin-2(IL-2) after liver allotransplantation.Methods:Miniature swine model of acute rejection of liver allotransplantation was established.All of the cases were divided and only into four groups.Double-antibody-coated ELISA was used to measure the level of peripheral blood IL-2 at diffeent time before and after the liver transplantation.Meanwhile,we carried out the pathological examination of transplanted liver tissue to determine the diagnosis of acute rejection,and compared the results.Results:In QJJL group,CsA group and QJJL+ CsA group,the contents of IL-2 at postoperative time were higher than that at preoperative time.However,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The IL-2 content in control group 5 days after the liver transplantation was higher obviously than that before liver transplantation(P<0.01).The incidence of acute rejection in treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:IL-2 is an important factor in acute rejection of liver allotransplantation,and QJJL combined with immunosuppressant is useful for the prevention and treatment of acute rejection of Swine’s liver allotransplantation.更多还原
