莴苣和小葱净化养殖水体效果的初步研究
Study on the Purifying Effect of Lactuca sativa and Allium sistulosum for Aquaculture Water Body
【摘要】 本文对莴苣、小葱净化养殖水体效果进行了初步研究。试验共设置3个处理组,2个实验组为用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料分别浮植的莴苣和小葱,对照组不种蔬菜、只有相同规格的漂浮载体,在盛有同体积的养殖水的塑料箱体中进行静态净化试验,经过26 d的实验,结果显示:莴苣、小葱和对照组对养殖水体中中氨氮(NH4-N)的去除率分别是65.9%、70.1%和19.2%,对化学耗氧量(CODMn)的去除率分别是51.6%和57.6%、11.1%,对总氮(TP)的去除率分别是60.2%、59.7%和16.7%,对总磷(TP)的去除率分别是57%、64.1%和22.7%,经t检验实验组与对照组差异显著,表明莴苣、小葱具有较好的水质净化效果。
【Abstract】 The paper reported a preliminary study on the purifying effects of Lactuca saliva and Allium sistulosum in aquaculture water body. Lactuca saliva and Allium sistulosum was floated above the aquaculture water body by means of polystyrene foamin theexperimental groups,While the same treatment, except without plant on the polystyrene foam, was carried out in the control for static tests. The result showed that the average removal rate of NH4+-N tested after 24 days of experiment in Lactuca saliva group,Allium sistulosum group and the coutrol group was 65.9%、70.1% and 19.2% respectively,that of CODMn was 51.6%,57.6% and 11.1% respectively,that of TN was 60.29%、59.7% and 16.7%,that of TP was 57%、64.1% and 22.7% respectively. The difference between the experimental group and the control was significant (P<0.05).
