工程陶瓷高效深磨声发射实验研究
Study on Acoustic Emission Experiment in High-Efficiency Deep Grinding of Engineering Ceramic Materials
【摘要】 通过对部分稳定氧化锆(PSZ)和Al2O3两种工程陶瓷材料进行高效深磨声发射实验研究,分析了两种材料在高效深磨过程中随不同的砂轮线速度、工作台速度和磨削深度声发射信号变化的规律,也分析了在同一磨削参数下两种材料对声发射信号的影响。分析了高效深磨过程中声发射信号的频谱分布范围。实验研究结果表明,声发射信号与磨削过程有着良好的对应关系,可以利用磨削过程中声发射信号的变化规律实现对磨削过程的监测和控制。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the experimental study of acoustic emission (AE) about two kinds of engineering ceramic materials: part stability ZrO2 (PSZ) and Al2O3, in High Efficiency Deep Grinding (HEDG.). Through the results of experimental study, the paper analyzes the change rules of AE signals with different grinding wheel velocities, table speeds, depths of cut in the grinding of PSZ and Al2O3, and analyzes the influence of two kinds of materials on AE signals at the same grinding parameters too. The paper studies the changes of AE signals, when the grinding wheel and the work piece contact with each other. In the basis of analysis at time domain, the paper has carried on the spectrum analysis to the AE signals, and analyzes the distributed scope of frequency spectrum of AE signals in HEDG process. The results of experimental study indicate the AE signals has the good corresponding relations with the grinding process condition, and we can utilize the change rules of AE signals in grinding process to monitor the grinding process.
