尿视黄醇结合蛋白和β2微球蛋白联合检测对SLE患者肾脏损伤的研究
Study of Kidney Damage in Patients with SLE with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Combined with β2-mG Detection
【摘要】 目的:探讨尿视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)和β2微球蛋白(β2-mG)的含量变化对SLE患者肾脏损伤的诊断意义。方法:利用ELISA方法和放射免疫法测定65例SLE患者和73例健康体检者尿视黄醇结合蛋白、β2微球蛋白的含量。结果:1.SLE无肾损伤组、SLE肾损伤组的RBP和β2-mG与正常对照组相比均有增高(P<0.05,P<0.01),肾脏损伤组的RBP及β2-mG的含量明显高于无肾损伤组(P<0.05)。2.46例无肾损伤组RBP、β2-mG有一项超过上限的有36例,占78.26%。结论:RBP、β2-mG在反映SLE患者肾脏损伤方面有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Objectives: To study the significance of the change of concentrations of RBP andβ2-mG for diagnosing kidney damage in patients with SLE.Methods:The RBP andβ2-mG concentrations were detected by ELISA and radioimmunoassay methods in 65 SLE patients and 73 healthy volunteers.Results: The concentrations of RBP andβ2-mG in both SLE patients without kidney damage and with kidney damage were increased than healthy control(p<0.05,p<0.01)and the concentrations of RBP andβ2-mG in SLE patients with kidney damage were obviously increased(p<0.05).There were 36 patients whose concentrations of RBP or β2-mG were beyond of the upper levels among 46 SLE patients without kidney damage,which accounted for 78.26%.Conclusions: RBP andβ2-mG could help early diagnosis of kidney damage in SLE.
