龙胆草水提物的抗炎解热作用研究

【摘要】 目的:观察龙胆草水提物的抗炎、解热作用。方法:采用大鼠足趾肿胀法和小鼠耳廓肿胀法观察龙胆草水提物的抗炎作用,采用2,4-二硝基苯酚致大鼠发热法观察龙胆草水提物的解热作用。结果:龙胆草水提物能显著抑制角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足趾肿胀,给药30分钟后,阳性对照组和龙胆草高低剂量组的肿胀抑制率分别为65.67%、59.70%、64.18%;对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀的抑制率,阳性对照组和龙胆草水提物高、中、低剂量组分别为27.16%、43.19%、40.53%、47.61%。对2,4-二硝基苯酚所致大鼠发热亦有显著的抑制作用,阿司匹林组、龙胆草水提物高、低剂量组动物在各时点体温明显低于空白对照组。结论:龙胆草水提物具有明显的抗炎、解热作用。

【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate the anti-inflammation and anti-febrile actions of Gentiana.Methods: We observed the anti-inflammation action by rat metatarsal swelling and mouse auricular swelling experiments,and observed the anti-febrile action by rat fever induced by 2,4-DNP experiment.Results: Gentiana had obvious inhibitory effect on rat metatarsal swelling induced by pelvalia siliguosa gelatin.After given medicine 30 minutes,the rates of inhibitory effect on rat metatarsal swelling were 65.67%,59.70% and 64.18%,respectively.The rates of inhibitory effect on the mouse auricular swelling induced by 2,4-DNP for the positive control group,the high dosage Gentiana group,the middle dosage Gentiana group and the low dosage Gentiana were 27.16%,43.19%,40.53% and 47.61%,respectively.There was also obvious inhibitory effect on fever induced by 2,4-DNP.The body temperatures at different times for the aspirin group,the high dosage Gentiana group and the low dosage Gentiana were all obviously lower than that of the blank control group.Conclusions: Gentiana has obvious anti-inflammation and anti-febrile actions.
