【摘要】 新农村建设是我国继包产到户、乡镇企业、进城务工之后,三农问题的又一个高潮。新农村建设,旧貌换新颜,势必涉及到农村房屋的拆迁,然而我国目前对新农村的房屋拆迁还没有太多的现成经验,也没有太多现成的理论指导,因此笔者认为对新农村建设过程中房屋拆迁可能出现的问题及解决的办法进行探讨是有意义的。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the practice of Household Responsibility System,development of township enterprises and seeking off-farm jobs in the urban areas,the construction of the new socialist countryside is another upsurge in China’s rural development con- cerning the question relating to farmers,countryside and agriculture.The construction of the new countryside will inevitably involve housing demolition and rural residents relocation.However,China has no previous experience in this respect,neither does it have any adequate theory serving as a guide.Therefore,the authors hold that it is relevant to discuss and study the like- ly problems which may occur in the course of the construction of the new countryside and manage the risks properly.更多还原
