【摘要】 对1984年以来北京市流动人口管理的相关政策法规进行了整理、分类和分析,从户口管理、住房管理、计划生育管理和就业管理等方面作了具体阐述。北京市流动人口管理理念正在从管理为主转化为兼顾服务,管理制度正在由繁琐转向简化,管理方式正在趋向规范。但目前北京市流动人口管理相关政策法规正面临废多立少的局面,期待新的法规体系的建立。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper collects and makes an analysis of the policies and regulations from the perspectives of management of household registration,of dwellings,of marriage and birth and of employment of floating people in Beijing.The result shows that the management of floating people in Beijing is on the way of transition both in system and measures.At present,a new policy system in this field is expected.更多还原
