【Abstract】 Relation between labor and capital is set up on the foundation of wage labor,which stands for the complex relation between employers’ interest and employee’s.With the reform of state-owned enterprises in China,labor relation in different types of enterprises has turned into the relation between labor and capital in market economy.The paper reviews the theory and the practice of the relation between labor and capital in western countries and analyzes its meaning to China’s managing the relation.更多还原
