操作条件对微滤膜通量的影响
INFLUENCE OF OPERATING CONDITIONS ON FLUX IN STIRRING DEAD-END MICROFILTRATION
【摘要】 在自制的搅拌死端微滤膜装置上,研究了不同搅拌速率(400、600、800、1000和1200r/min)、不同温度(20、25、30、40和50℃)、不同操作压力(0.04、0.06、0.08、0.10、0.12和0.14MPa)和不同浓度的酵母悬浮液(0.1、0.25、0.5、1、2和3g/L)对膜通量的影响,并利用多元线性回归模型,在标准化影响因子分析法的基础上进一步研究和分析了操作条件对膜通量的影响程度。研究结果表明:在压力为0.04~0.10MPa范围内,搅拌速率(ω)、温度(T)、操作压力(P)、浓度(C)对膜通量都具有显著的影响,各操作条件对膜通量的影响程度的大小顺序为:搅拌速率>温度>压力>浓度,且各自所占的比例分别为64.9%、14.4%、12.9%和7.8%,同时通过多元线性回归得到了膜通量与不同操作条件间的回归方程为:J=-1.804×10-7+3.149×10-5P+3.526×10-7T-2.573×10-6C+1.388×10-8ω,从而为搅拌死端微滤过程的优化提供了依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the influence of different operating conditions,such as agitation velocity,temperature,operating pressure and suspension concentration on the flux was studied by using homemade experimental equipment for stirring dead-end microfiltration,and a linear multi-regression model was used to further study the degree of the influence of these operating conditions on the flux.The results showed that agitation velocity(ω),temperature(T) operating pressure(P) and concentration(C) had remarkable influence on the flux when operating pressure was in the range of 0.04 ~0.10 MPa,and the percentages of influencing degree of operating condition were 64.9%,14.4%,12.9% and 7.8% respectively,meanwhile,the relations between permeation flux and different operating conditions were quantitatively expressed by the regression equation,J=-1.804×10-7+3.149×10-5P+3.526×10-7T-2.573×10-6C+1.388×10-8ω,laying a basis for process optimization in dead-end microfiltration.
