应用膨胀石墨动态吸附处理油田污水
TREATMENT OF OILFIELD WASTEWATER BY DYNAMIC ADSORPTION WITH EXPANDING GRAPHITE
【摘要】 以膨胀石墨为吸附剂自制吸附柱作为污水处理装置,使用分光光度计制作标准曲线并对处理前后污水中含油量进行测定,研究了水流速度、膨胀石墨的填充密度、吸附流程对污水处理效果的影响规律。实验结果表明:在当前工艺条件下,水流速度控制在70L/h,填充密度控制在9g/L,吸附流程控制在2m时,既能达到油田污水的回注标准,又能满足经济性要求。
【Abstract】 A sewage treatment device with expanded graphite as a self-made adsorption colume was used to study the effect of water flow rate,packing density of expanded graphite,adsorption flow process on sewage treatment and their affecting law with the standard curves prepared by spectrophotometer and through determining oil content in sewage before and after the treatment.The experimental results showed that under the present technological conditions with water flow rate controlled at 70L/h,packing density at 9g/L and adsorption flow process at 2m,the effluent could either reach the standard of sewage back-feeding or meet the economical requirements.
