改良微孔Carrousel氧化沟工艺脱氮除磷

【摘要】 结合污水厂脱氮除磷运行的经验,提出了改良微孔Carrousel氧化沟工艺,探讨其脱氮除磷的功效。实验结果表明在合适的工艺参数控制下,10%的进水进入缺氧区,90%的进水进入生物选择区,20%的污泥回流到缺氧区,其余的污泥回流到氧化沟的缺氧区,可获得良好的脱氮除磷效果(出水中总磷的质量浓度<0.5mg/L,NH3-N的质量浓度<15mg/L)。

【Abstract】 Integrating the experience of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in some sewage plant, an improved micropore Carrousel oxidation ditch process was put forward to enquire into its effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The experiment results showed that, under control of suitable technical parameters,10% of the influent entering the anoxic area, 90% of the influent entering biological selected area, and at suitable sludge reflux ratio,20% sludge refluxing to the anoxic area and other sludge refluxing to anoxic area of oxidation ditch could acquired better nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect (the mass concentration of TP in the effluent<0.5mg/L; the mass concentration of NH3-N<15mg/L.
