陶瓷膜处理分子筛废液工艺条件的研究
TECHNOLOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR TREATMENT OF MOLECULAR SIEVE WASTEWATER BY CERAMIC MEMBRANE
【摘要】 考察了陶瓷膜回收分子筛废液中操作条件对膜通量和膜稳定通量的影响,确定了合适的操作条件:在室温下,操作压力为0.15MPa、错流流速为1.8m/s、料液浓缩倍数为2。同时考察了操作方式对膜通量的影响,认为在恒浓度条件下适时地改变膜组件的进、出口方向对保持膜通量稳定,延缓膜污染起到重要的作用。
【Abstract】 The effect of operating parameters for treatment of molecular sieve wastewater by ceramic membrane on the membrane flux and stable membrane flux were investigated to determine the suitable operating conditions:under the conditions of ambient temperature,operating pressure of 0.15MPa and cross-flow rate of 1.8m/s,feed concentrated time was 2 ;meanwhile,for the effect of operating ways on membrane flux,it is held that,at constant concentration,appropriately changing the membrane module’s inlet and outlet direction could play an important role in keeping membrane flux stability and lessening membrane pollution.
