硅橡胶膜生物反应器连续发酵与乙醇分离耦合动力学研究
Kinetics for Hybrid Process of Continuous Fermentation and Ethanol Separation in a Silicone Rubber Membrane Bioreactor
【摘要】 在发酵罐体积为4 L、膜面积为0.08 m2的硅橡胶膜生物反应器中,进行了酿酒酵母连续发酵生成乙醇和产物原位分离的耦合动力学研究。建立了耦合过程中细胞生长、产物合成和基质消耗随时间变化的数学模型,通过对实验数据的非线性拟合,得出了对应的动力学模型参数值;该模型计算结果与实验值吻合良好,可较好地预测膜生物反应器稳定操作参数,对该类膜生物反应器的开发设计和操作具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 Hybrid kinetics for the ethanol production by continuous fermentation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and the separation by pervaporation were investigated in a silicone rubber membrane bioreactor with effective fermentor volume of 4 L and membrane area of 0.08 m~2.Mathematic models of cell growth,ethanol formation and substrate consumption in a hybrid process were proposed and the kinetics parameters of the model were obtained by nonlinear regression based on the experimental data.The calculations by the model are in good agreement with the experimental data.The model can be used to predict the performance parameters of the membrane bioreactor operated in steady state conditions and,therefore,provide valuable guidance for the design and operation of such membrane bioreactors.
