宽域氧传感器接口控制单元开发
Development of Interface Controller for Universal Exhaust Gas Oxygen Sensor
【摘要】 为了有效降低发动机尾气排放的危害,最大限度地发挥三元催化器的作用,采用宽域氧传感器实现发动机电子控制系统精确空燃比闭环控制。在明确宽域氧传感器工作原理的基础上,采用宽域氧传感器接口集成模块CJ125为核心元件进行控制单元硬件开发;采用C语言进行控制单元的数据采集和液晶显示的软件开发。最后在发动机试验台架上进行试验验证。
【Abstract】 The close loop control of air/fuel ratio is realized by universal exhaust gas oxygen sensor to improve engine exhaust and the function of catalyst machine.The hardware of Controller with CJ125 was developed based on the working principle of universal exhaust gas oxygen sensor and the software of collecting datum and LCD display was developed using language C as well.At last,the controller is tested in an engine testing bench.
