用磷辅助还原的Sr3Al2O6:Eu2+白色荧光材料
Sr3Al2O6:Eu2+ White Light Phosphor Reduced with the Aid of P
【摘要】 采用高温固相反应法在炭热还原气氛中用(NH4)3PO4.3H2O辅助还原合成了Sr3Al2O6:Eu2+白色荧光材料。该荧光材料的主晶相为Sr3Al2O6:Eu2+,当磷加入量为10%时,在250 nm紫外光激发下可以在380~650nm范围内发出连续的明亮的荧光。
【Abstract】 By using solid reaction method at high temperature,a new kind of Sr3Al2O6:Eu2+ white light Phosphor is synthesized in the carbon thermal reduction atmosphere with the aid of(NH4)3PO4·3H2O,which indicates that Sr3Al2O6:Eu2+ is the main phase in the resultant,and the bright continuous luminescence can be obtained in the range of 380 nm and 650 nm when the sample doped with 10% P excited by 250 nm ultraviolet.
