橘核油的超临界CO2萃取及脂肪酸组成研究

【摘要】 研究了超临界CO2萃取橘核油的优化方案,即萃取温度45℃、萃取压力25 MPa、CO2流量25L/h、萃取时间3h。在最优条件下,油脂得率为(11.34±0.84)%。采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对橘核脂肪酸组成进行了分析和鉴定,共分离鉴定出了10种脂肪酸,总不饱和脂肪酸为80.30%,其中主要成分为亚油酸和油酸,其相对含量分别为52.53%和26.40%。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the optimum extraction condition of Semen Citri Reticulatae oil by Supercritical CO2 was studied.The parameters such as extracting pressure,temperature,time and CO2 flow were obtained,they were 25 Mpa,45℃,3h and 25L/h respectively.The quantity of oil was 11.34%±0.84.The fatty acid composition in seed oil was separated and identified by GC-MC.They were ten fatty acids,total unsaturated fatty acids were 80.30%.Linoleic acid and Oleic acid were the chief components,and their relative contents were 52.53% and 26.40%.
