非硅氧漂稳定剂168的研制与应用
Development of H2O2-bleaching stabilizer 168 and application in bleaching process of cotton fabric
【摘要】 对合成的非硅氧漂稳定剂168的性能和在棉氧漂工艺中的应用进行了分析,并与硅酸钠比较确定出最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明,168耐强碱,耐高温,对纤维损伤小,处理的棉织物白度高,手感好。
【Abstract】 No-silicate H2O2-bleaching stabilizer 168 was synthesized,applied to cotton and researched in bleaching process.Meanwhile it was compared with sodium silicate,and the optimum process was found.The results showed that 168 resisted strong alkali,resisted high temperature, hurt fiber little,and the finished cotton fabric had high whiteness and good handle.
