【Abstract】 From the aspect of organizational members’ cooperation, this paper builds up the relationship between game model and linear programming,given that the individual’s devoted human resource to be the resource restriction of optimization of organizational objectives,and builds up validity analysis model of the organization concerning organizational members’ cooperation on the basis of combination of optimization of member’s objectives and that of organizational objectives,through building up linear members’ objectives and establishing game model to study the optimization of organizational objectives.更多还原
