【Abstract】 Since the 1980s,the privatization reform of the banking property right structure has increasingly been a significant global phenomenon,and the Bank Privatization Campaign is the major strength of the reform.Both the reform and campaign are the results that many factors produce,including profound political,economic and ideological background,the existence of sufficient theoretical bases,the doubt about necessity of state ownership raised by the empirical findings,and the positive effects of bank privatization practice.更多还原
