【Abstract】 One of the prevalent methods in air traffic flow management is ground-delay.This paper roundly analyzed the classic single airport ground-delay policy(GDP) model and multi-airport ground-delay policy(GDP) mode.Based on these models,muli-restrict ground-delay problem with deterministic capacity is studied,including the mathematical model.The simulation result of air traffic flow situation in Chengdu airport shows that the model is practicable.更多还原
