【摘要】 通过选择优化二元梯度洗脱程序,确定了最佳的糠氨酸洗脱程序,使用国产的普通C18柱代替进口的色谱柱,酸解后的样液不用固相预萃取,直接上机测定糠氨酸的含量。改进后方法的灵敏度提高了近4倍,降低了分析成本,缩短了分析时间。本方法快速、经济、实用,具有一定的推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 A improved method to determinate furosine in reconstituted milk,using the ordinary C18column replace import column ,without Solid phase microextraction ,has got a good result. It’s sensibility nearly as four times as the old method . Linear ranges of determination is 0.5～100μg/mL ,And the limits of determination of analysis method is 0.03μg/mL .更多还原
