【摘要】 目的探讨在住院期间,多部门参与开展新生儿保健项目的工作方法。方法由保健部、儿保科、产科、眼科、口腔科、检验科、孕婴中心等共同完成住院期间新生儿各项保健项目。结果通过多部门参与住院期间新生儿保健工作,提高了各保健项目检查覆盖率,即听力筛查率由原来的40%提高到98%,口腔疾病筛查率由原来的56%提高到98%,丙苯酮尿症、甲状腺功能低下症筛查率由原来的40%提高到99%,新生儿神经行为测定率由原来的50%提高到95%,婴儿游泳抚触覆盖率由原来的40%提高到99%,家长的满意度也有不同程度的提高。结论多部门参与开展住院期间的新生儿保健工作是一条实用有效的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore method of interdisciplinary participation in performing health care program for neonate in in-patient department.Methods All the health care items for those neonates born and hospitalized in our hospital were executed cooperatively by such departments as health care,child health,obstetrics,ophthalmology,stomatology and laboratory,and gravida and baby center.Results The coverage rates of all health care and examination items were improved: the rate of hearing screening was raised from 40 percent to 98 percent,the screening rate of oral diseases was raised from 56 percent to 98 percent,the screening rates of phenylketonuria and hypothyroidism were both raised from 40 percent to 99 percent,the rate of neonatal nerve and behavior examination was increased from 50 percent to 95 percent,the coverage rate of child swimming touch was raised from 40 percent to 99 percent,and the parents’ satisfaction rate was raised from 93 percent to 98 percent.ConclusionPerforming health care program for those in-patient neonates under interdisciplinary participation is practical and effective.更多还原
