【摘要】 改革开放以来,广东农村工业化、城镇化的发展促成了广东珠三角地区与港澳成为一体的大珠三角城市带的形成,把广东省分成了事实上的工业、城市产业地带和农业、农村产业地带两个具有不同经济功能、生态功能和社会文化功能的地理、空间实体。从政策和发展战略上认可和顺应这个发展事实,会发现现存的体制、政策及经济现状对其发展存在多方面的碍障,并要求采取相应的对策做出相应的变革。更多还原

【Abstract】 The industrialization and the urbanization of the Guangdong countryside,from the moment of the implementation of the open-door policy on, contributed to the formulation of the extensive Pearl River Delta integrating the traditional Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong and Macao. Guangdong Province is actually divided into two areas: the area of industry and the area of agriculture and agricultural industry. These two areas are geographical and special entities which perform different economic, ecological, and social and cultural roles. Realizing and being adapted to the development tendency in terms of the policy and development strategies, it can be discovered that there exist some obstacles to this development in the current system, the policies and the realities.
