2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生反应法测量醇类燃料发动机醛类排放物的研究
Analytical Method of Aldehydes-type Unregulated Emissions from Alcohol Engine
【摘要】 将醛类物质与2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的衍生反应液直接进样,以苯为内标物,测定了甲醛、乙醛等醛类物质DNPH衍生物的校正因子.分别采用外标法和内标法对醛类物质进行了气相色谱定量分析,并对两种方法检测非常规排放物中醛类物质的准确度进行了比较.结果表明,这两种方法均能对醇类燃料发动机非常规排放物中的醛类物质进行定量分析.外标法受进样体积和仪器稳定性影响较大,导致测量结果平均误差较大,达4.6200/~6.9800/,相对标准偏差则高达8.8700/~13.2400/;内标法可消除检测过程中的不利因素,定量分析重复性好且准确度高,其平均误差小于1.600/,相对标准偏差则低于300/.
【Abstract】 Using benzene as internal standard,the calibration factors of derivative of aldehydes 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH) were measured.The external standard method and internal standard method on gas chromatography were utilized to quantitatively analyze the aldehydes derivatized with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydraine.And their accuracy was discussed.Experimental results indicate that both methods are capable of quantitative analysis of aldehydes.However,the measurement of external standard method is greatly affected by sampling volume and the stability of apparatus.The errors can reach 4.620/0 — 6.980/0 and relative standard deviations(RSD) range in 8.870/0—13.240/0.In contrast,those disadvantages can be alleviated in internal standard method with errors less than 1.60/0 and the RSD less than 30/0.
