FGH96粉末高温合金亚尺寸轮盘研制及试验验证
Research and Experiment on FGH96 P/M Superalloy Sub-scale Disk
【摘要】 粉末高温合金涡轮盘是高推重比航空发动机研制的关键。由于粉末高温合金材料的特殊性,为了保证粉末高温合金轮盘的可靠性,需要修正传统轮盘强度和低循环疲劳寿命设计技术并进行验证。本文设计了亚尺寸结构的粉末高温合金轮盘,并对其进行了计算及分析,最后在试验器上进行了试验验证。该亚尺寸轮盘研制成功对高推重比涡轮盘的研制有重要意义。
【Abstract】 FGH96 P/M superalloy turbine disk is an important technology of aeroengine with high thrust/weight ratio.Considering the features of P/M superalloy,the traditional strength and LCF life design must be modified and validated to ensure the reliability of P/M superalloy turbine disk.In this paper,we designed a sub-scale P/M superalloy turbine disk,it had been Calculated and analyzed,and finally an experimental investigation was made on a test rig.The achievements on sub-scale P/M superalloy turbine disk have importance to turbine disk with high thrust/weight ratio.
