卧式炉富氧燃烧试验及其三维数值模拟
OXYGEN-ENRICHED COMBUSTION IN A HORIZONTAL FURNACE AND THREE-DIMENTIONAL NUMERICAL SIMULATION TEST THEREOF
【摘要】 通过卧式炉旋流燃烧器燃烧试验,表明氧浓度大小对煤粉的初期、中期着火影响明显。在富氧条件下,火炬前端的温度水平显著提高,有利于实现富氧少油或者无油点火;煤粉的着火距离缩短,燃烧速率加快,从而强化了炉内换热,提高了燃烧效率。
【Abstract】 Through combustion test using cyclone burners in a horizontal furnace and three-dimensional simulation, it has been discovered that the magnitude of oxygen concentration affects remarkably the ignition of pulverized coal in earlier and medium period of combustion, the temperature field level at the head of torch may be obviously enhanced, this is helpful to realize oxygen-enriched little oil or oil-less ignition. Under oxygen-enriched condition, the ignition distance of pulverized coal becomes shorter, increasing the buring rate, thereby, strengthening heat transfer in the furnace, enhancing the efficiency of combustion.
