FGD系统对锅炉内爆的影响研究
STUDY ON INFLUENCE OF FGD SYSTEM UPON FURNACE IMPLOSION
【摘要】 随着电站单机容量的增大以及脱硫脱氮装置等的投入,锅炉发生内爆事故的可能性增大。介绍影响锅炉内爆产生的因素,分析了FGD系统对锅炉内爆产生的影响,并提出严格控制火焰的稳定、FGD系统采用轴流式引风机和增压风机,以及在FGD系统停运或者发生保护时避免从主路向旁路快速切换等措施,以减少锅炉内爆产生的几率。
【Abstract】 Along with increasing unit capacity in power plants,and putting desulfuration and denitrification system into operation,the possibility of furnace implosion troubles occurred in boilers is increasing. The factors affecting occurence of furnace implosion in boilers have been presented,the influence of flue gas desulfuration(FGD) upon the furnace implosion of boilers being analyzed,and several measures,such as strictly controlling the stability of flame,adopting axial-flow induced draft fan and booster air fan in FGD system,as well as avoiding rapid changeover from main pass to by-pass in the events of FGD system shutdown or the protection being in action,etc.,to reduce the probability of furnace implosion occurring in boilers.
