600MW汽轮机中压缸起动中二级旁路系统控制分析
ANALYSIS OF DUAL-STAGE BYPASS SYSTEM IN THE START-UP PROCESS BY USING IP CYLINDER OF 600 MW STEAM TURBINE
【摘要】 简要介绍了600 MW汽轮机二级旁路系统结构功能,并对该类机组在中压缸起动中二级旁路系统的控制进行了详细分析,指出了中压缸起动方式切为高压缸运行方式中二级旁路系统控制应注意的问题。
【Abstract】 The structure and functions of dual-stage bypass system for 600 MW steam turbine have been briefly presented,and the control of said system in start-up by using intermediate pressure(IP) cylinder being analysed,and problems needing to pay attention in control of said system during switching over from IP cylinder start-up mode to high-pressure cylinder operation mode being pointed out.
