【摘要】 近年来,由于人口的持续负增长,导致俄罗斯国内劳动力短缺,为保障国家经济持续发展,吸引外国劳动力进入俄罗斯工作成为必然。中国是人口大国,两国间开展劳务合作是互惠互利的事业。目前制约两国劳务合作发展的主要因素是俄政府相关政策法规的限制,中国输出劳务人员素质较差,以及“中国威胁论”等不利言论的影响。加强政府间协调,建立健全劳务输出的服务体系,扩大对俄罗斯的投资,促进两国劳务合作的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the negative growth of population these years,the labor in Russia is in short supply.In order to maintain the development of the national economy,Russia,has to introduce foreign labor into its country.China has large population,and it is beneficiary for China and Russia to conduct labor service cooperation.At present,the main things restraining the labor service cooperation are restraint from related regulations made by Russian government,poor quality of Chinese labors,and ’China threat’.It is necessary to reinforce cooperation among governments,to establish better service system for labor export,to enlarge investment in Russia, to encourage more communication between Chinese and Russia people,and to promote development of labor service cooperation between the two nations.更多还原
