油溶性银纳米颗粒的制备及摩擦学行为
Preparation and Tribological Properties of Oil Soluble Ag Nanoparticles
【摘要】 以2,5-二(5-硫酮-1,2,4-二噻唑-3-甲酰胺基)-对苯二甲酸(BtdyTA)作为修饰剂,以NaBH4为还原剂,在AgNO3水溶液中合成了BtdyTA表面修饰的银纳米颗粒,采用透射电子显微镜、傅立叶红外转换光谱仪和热分析仪表征了纳米颗粒的形貌、结构和热稳定性,并在四球摩擦试验机上测试了表面修饰银纳米颗粒的减摩抗磨性能。结果表明,表面修饰的银纳米颗粒粒径分布均匀,平均粒径约8nm,无团聚现象,可很好分散于液体石蜡等有机溶剂中;作为基础润滑油添加剂,在实验条件下(1450r/min,30min),当添加量为0.25%(质量分数)时,可降低摩擦因数32%,减小磨斑直径39%。
【Abstract】 A new modification reagent named 2,5-bis(5-thione-1,2,4-dithiazole-3-ylcarbamoyl)-terephthalic acid(BtdyTA),which was synthesized by 3-amido-1,2,4-dithiazole-5-thione (ADTT),was used to modify the surface of silver nanoparticles with NaBH4 as the reducer in AgNO3 solution.The morphology,structure and stability of BtdyTA-coated Ag (Ag-BtdyTA) nanoparticles were characterized with transmission electron microscopy (TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).Anti-wear properties of Ag-BtdyTA nanoparticles were tested with a four-ball tribological testing machine.The results show that Ag-BtdyTA nanoparticles have a homogeneous grain distribution,the average diameter is about 8 nm without reunion,which enables Ag-BtdyTA nanoparticles to be used as oil additives.Under the experimental condition,Ag-BtdyTA nanoparticles can decrease the frication coefficient by 32%,and wear scar diameter by 39% when adding 0.25% in liquid paraffin.
