N-对羧苯基马来亚胺固化邻甲酚醛环氧树脂
Owing reaction of o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin with N-p-carboxylphenylmaleimide as cure agent
【摘要】 合成了N-对羧基苯基马来酰亚胺,并将其用作邻甲酚醛环氧树脂的固化剂。对固化产物的热分析结果表明:N-对羧基苯基马来酰亚胺可明显提高邻甲酚醛环氧树脂的耐热性能,固化产物的起始热分解温度为278℃,分解10%时的温度为348℃,700℃时的残炭分数为45%。
【Abstract】 In this paper,N-p-carboxylphenylmaleimide(P-CPMI)was synthesized and the curing reaction of o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin with it as cure agent was investigated.The thermal properties of the cured resin were also determined.The initial degradation temperature was 278℃,the temperature at which weight loss was 10% was 348℃,and the char yield at 700℃was 45%.The results showed that N-p-carboxylphe- nvlmaleimide was an excellent cure agent for o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin,which could improve the ther- mal properties of the cured resin.
