【摘要】 【目的】制订对中国人外科术后康复效果评价的量表并对其进行初步评价。【方法】采用程序化决策方式确定量表的基本条目及结构,并抽取70例外科术后的患者进行康复评分测定,对量表进行考评。【结果】量表具有较好的效度(包括内容效度和结构效度)、信度和反应度。【结论】初步制订的术后康复量表,可作为中西医结合治疗外科术后患者康复效果评价的雏型进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To establish a postoperative recovery scale for Chinese people and to make a preliminary assessment for the scale.【Methods】Programmatic decision-making method was used to establish the basic items and structure of the scale.And then 70 postoperative patients were sampled to assess the scale by grading their recovery.【Results】The postoperative recovery scale had a good validity in contents and structure,and a good reliability and responsiveness.【Conclusion】The postoperative recovery scale established preliminarily can be used as the initial scale for evaluating the recovery of postoperative patients treated by traditional Chinese and western medicine.更多还原
