【摘要】 【目的】观察复方鬼箭羽汤(由鬼箭羽、葛根、丹参、当归、制大黄、黄连等药物组成)的降压和改善高血压病胰岛素抵抗及血液流变学的作用。【方法】将符合纳入标准的80例高血压病患者随机分为试验组(42例)和对照组(38例),试验组予口服复方鬼箭羽汤加卡托普利,对照组仅服用卡托普利,两组疗程均为6周,观察治疗前后2组空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)和血压、血液流变学的变化。【结果】治疗后两组患者的收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)均较治疗前有显著性降低(P<0.01),且FINS水平呈显著性降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),ISI呈显著性升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后两组的血液流变学各项指标也均有显著性改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组治疗后比较,试验组FINS水平低于对照组(P<0.05),ISI水平高于对照组(P<0.01),血液流变学各项指标的改善也优于对照组(P<0.05),但其降压作用与对照组相仿(P>0.05)。【结论】复方鬼箭羽汤对高血压病胰岛素抵抗有确切的改善作用,而且能够改善高血压病患者异常的血液流变学指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To observe the effect of Compound Ramulus Euonymi Decoction(CRED,mainly composed of Ramulus Euonymi,Radix Puerariae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Rhizoma Coptidis,etc.) in improving insulin resistance and hemorheological parameters of hypertension patients.【Methods】Eighty hypertension patients were randomized into two groups.Group A(N=42) was treated with CRED and Captopril Tablets and group B(N=38) with Captopril Tablets only.The treatment lasted 6 weeks.After treatment,the changes of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting serum insulin(FINS),insulin sensitivity index(ISI),blood pressure and hemorheological parameters were observed.【Results】After treatment,systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) decreased(P<0.01),FINS decreased and ISI increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the hemorheological parameters were also improved(P<0.05 or P<0.01) as compared with those before treatment.FINS was lower(P<0.05)and ISI higher in group A than those in group B(P<0.01),and the improvement of hemorheological parameters in group A was superior to that in group B(P<0.05),but the effect on decreasing blood pressure was similar in the two groups(P>0.05).【Conclusion】CRED has a certain effect in improving insulin resistance and hemorheological parameters of hypertension patients.更多还原
